By registering, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Membership:

1. Allowing anyone access to your login name (user name) and password will result in immediate removal from the Parent BBS. The Parent BBS must remain secure.

2. Revealing the contents of any Parent BBS message - in whole or in part - to anyone who does not have Parent BBS access may be cause for removal from the board. This includes copying text from any message and posting/printing it elsewhere outside the board. The bulletin board must remain confidential.

3. In compliance with COPPA regulations, we do not grant Parent BBS user accounts to anyone under the age of 13. Family members in this category may use the Parent BBS at the discretion of parents. Parents are responsible for messages posted by their children of any age who access the Parent BBS with the parents' username and password. Parents are also responsible for the postings and participation of their son/daughter that has previously attended one of the Schools, whether they access through their own account or not.

4. Use of inappropriate language, symbols or degrading comments will be cause for immediate removal from the Parent BBS. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email at admin@parentbbs.com. If we determine that removal is necessary we will make every effort to do so in a timely manner.

5. Parent BBS does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Parent BBS or any entity associated with this Parent BBS.

6. The board may not be used for any business or monetary gain. Any such use by individuals is cause for removal from the board.Unless approved by the Administrator of the Parent BBS. However the Parent BBS claims no liability in anyway for items sold or purchased on the Parent BBS.

7. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law or is morally offensive.

8. Posting of false or misleading information will be cause for immediate removal from the Parent BBS and possible legal action. Such postings will be released to authorized legal agents upon request.

9. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyrighted material. You also agree not to post any third party information from outside the Parent BBS in any form. In the event this ground rule is violated Parent BBS reserves the right to determine which if any course of action we choose to take. This may include, but is not limited to, no action, contacting the original poster, removing any and all material, blocking or deleting the user's account, or legal action. Any one of these actions may or may not be taken, and we may choose to take a combination of actions. Parent BBS reserves the right to contact or not contact any or all parties involved.

10. The Parent BBS is intended primarily for mutual support of member families. Please refrain from using the Parent BBS for "socializing" with individuals.

11. Direct references or hyper-links to web sites, bulletin boards, email addresses, personal contact information, photos, or other media outside the Parent BBS must be approved by the Parent BBS Administrator before posting. Otherwise the link(s) or reference(s) may be removed by the Parent BBS Administrators - with or without notice to the author. If you wish to email another Parent BBS user, please contact us at admin@parentbbs.com for assistance. If you have completed a Keys you may contact the BBS Admin to request your contact information be put in your signature box.

12. We reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold Parent BBS harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). And Parent BBS reserves the right to decide whether or not we contact the author in regards to our decision to delete their message.

13. We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint, legal action, or any other related circumstance arising from any message posted by you.

14. Upon graduation from PCIII, families will remain in the Parent BBS user database for a period of 9 months, unless you remain active your account will be terminated. Members may reapply for an additional 9-month period if the account is terminated.

15. Upon their child's early termination from the School, a user's Login Name (user name) and Password will be immediately eliminated from the board.They are welcome to continue on the Parent BBS by a letter stating your purpose of staying on the Parent BBS and your experience of your school(s), also the reason(s) why you left prior to formally graduating.
